Previous objectively diagnosed PE or DVT (1.5 points)

Hemoptysis (1 point)

Malignancy with treatment within 6 months or palliative (1 point)

DVT Score: 0-4 = Low, 5-6 = Moderate, 7+ = High

PE Score: 0-4 = Low, 5-6 = Moderate, 7+ = High

Low: Consider D-dimer testing

High: Imaging recommended
